Check-in

The holiday apartment is ready for you from 16.00 p.m. on the day of arrival (an "early check-in can be arranged on request). You can get the keys from a key box in the entrance area of ​​the house. Before you arrive, you will be sent a code to your mobile phone via SMS, which you can use to open the key box. 

Never pass this code on to third parties!

You are requested to keep the keys safe in the key box during your stay as soon as you leave the house.

Check-out

The holiday apartments are available to you until 10 a.m. on the day of departure (a "late check-out" can be arranged on request). You are requested to return the keys to the key box on your departure. In the event of an improper return or loss of the keys, all costs incurred (exchange of locks, production of additional keys) must be borne by the guest without exception.

The apartment is a self-catering apartment. No catering is offered. Toileteries and towels are of course provided.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! Smoking is strictly prohibited in the holiday apartment as well as in the entire house! Attention smoke detectors in all rooms! Smoking is only permitted on the balcony!

It is not allowed to take strangers into the apartment.

For damage of any kind (e.g. electrical appliances, dishes, furnishings, etc.), compensation must be paid or repair costs must be borne by the guest.
