General
The Zirbe holiday apartment is a self-catering accommodation. No meals are provided. However, toiletries, hand towels, and bath towels are, of course, supplied.
The holiday apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited both in the apartment and throughout the entire building! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, where ashtrays are provided for your convenience.
Access to the apartment is restricted to registered guests only.
For any damages of any kind (e.g., to electrical appliances, dishes, furniture, etc.), compensation must be provided, and guests are responsible for covering repair costs.
Check-In
The holiday apartment is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (an early check-in can be arranged upon request). You will receive the keys via a key box located at the entrance of the building. Before your arrival, you will be provided with a code to open the key box.
Check-Out
On the day of departure, the holiday apartment is available until 10:00 a.m. (a late check-out can be arranged upon request). Please ensure that the keys are returned to the key box upon your departure.
In the event of improper return or loss of keys, any costs incurred (such as lock replacement or making additional keys) must be borne by the guest without exception.
