General Information

Important!

For efficient heating and a comfortable indoor climate, we kindly ask you not to set the infrared heating temperature below 16°C. Please open the windows for shock-ventilation (airing out briefly) only, avoid leaving them tilted for long periods, and ensure all windows – including the one in the bathroom – are closed when leaving the apartment and upon checkout.

Please note that the heating will automatically turn off if the room temperature drops due to open windows.

General

The Zirbe apartments are self-catering accommodations; no meals are provided. Toiletries, hand towels, and bath towels are, of course, provided for your convenience.

All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the apartments and throughout the entire building. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, where ashtrays are provided.

In case of non-compliance, a special cleaning fee of €100.00 will be charged.

Access to the apartments is strictly prohibited for non-guests.

Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay (e.g., to electronic appliances, dishes, furniture, etc.) and must cover the full cost of repair or replacement.

Check-In

The apartments are available from 4:00 PM on your day of arrival (an early check-in may be arranged upon request). You will receive your keys via a keybox located in the entrance area of the building. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a code to open the keybox.

Do not share this code with third parties under any circumstances!

You are kindly requested to always store the keys safely back in the keybox whenever you leave the building during your stay.

Check-Out

On your day of departure, the apartments are at your disposal until 10:00 AM (a late check-out may be arranged upon request).

Please ensure that you return the keys to the keybox when leaving.
In the event of lost keys, a compensation fee of €250.00 will be charged to the guest!
