Zirbe 1 - Summer season

Please note that the holiday apartment Zirbe 1 can only be booked during the summer season.

Zirbe 1 is suitable for 2 up to a maximum of 4 people and consists of a living-bedroom (1-room studio).

The rates for each summer season are available on www.booking.com and on the Obertauern Tourism Board website, or can be requested directly and without obligation using our contact details.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

Parking spaces are also available directly in front of the house free of charge.

Zirbe 2 - Winter and summer seasons

Our holiday apartment Zirbe 2 can be booked for both the summer and winter seasons.

Zirbe 2 is suitable for up to a maximum of 4 people and has an extra bedroom.

Parking spaces are also available directly in front of the house free of charge.

Cancellation policy

Standard Rate:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival, except for a 10% processing fee of the total travel price. After this period, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

Flexible Rate:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival, except for a 10% processing fee of the total travel price. After this period, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

Non-refundable Rate:
In the event of cancellation or no-show, no refund will be provided. A 3% discount is included in this rate.
