Final cleaning
The final cleaning fee is €100 per stay and is not included in the accommodation price.
Children
Children of all ages are warmly welcome.
Baby cot upon request – €10 per child, per night
Extra bed upon request – €50 per child, per night
Prices for baby cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.
Pets
Pets are allowed in the holiday apartment only upon request. Additional fees of €25 per night apply.
Parking
Parking is available directly in front of the house free of charge.
Local tax
The local tax is €2.45 per day per person (for those aged 15 and older) and is not included in the accommodation price.
Cancellation options
Standard: 10% of the travel price up to 3 months before arrival, then AGBH applies. AGBH Terms
Flexible: 10% of the travel price up to 1 month before arrival, then AGBH applies, with a 10% surcharge.
Non-refundable: no cancellation option, with a 5% discount.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available in the holiday apartment free of charge.
Payment options
After making a reservation, a specified deposit must be paid within 24 hours; otherwise, your reservation will unfortunately have to be canceled.
